Founded by Sandro Muschio in the mid-1980s on the basis of twenty years of experience in cylinder production, for 38 years ALTER has been synonymous with quality, safety and innovation in the manufacturing and production of hydraulic cylinders. To this day Sandro Muschio is still the owner of the ALTER company, assisted by his son Martino in the technical department and daughter Marianna in the commercial section.

Our company ALTER S.r.l. receives requests every day with highly diversified qualitative and quantitative needs as well as increasingly stringent delivery times. This prompted us to invest since 2017 in new machinery to improve productivity and the working environment.
The POR FESR 2014-2020 “Announcement of the awarding of grants to companies in the manufacturing and service crafts sector” by the Veneto Region made it possible in 2017 to buy a warehouse connected to the management buildings, allowing the storage and the remaining spaces to be managed with greater flexibility.
The acquisition of new machinery led us to reorganize the production layout, optimizing the use of existing spaces, improving the working areas for collaborators and thus increasing productivity.
